Played, Australia. Just the one wicket to fall and they've flown to 126 for 1. That we managed to get 30 overs of play was a surprise and a great testament to the hard work and dedication of Steve Rouse and his groundsmen. Brilliant effort. And, as a result, the ECB's insurers won't have to pay back any of the fans for loss of play (25 overs is the minimum). Most stayed until the end, and witnessed a gutsy yet attractive display by Shane Watson who reached fifty in his first attempt as a Test opener, and played very well indeed
